We bring the fire to your table.

Woodfired is the catering side of our restaurant on the cliffs of Guéthary. We cook the way we cook every summer night: over wood, with what grows and swims close by, and plates meant to be passed down a long table.

We come with the cooks, the fire and the people who serve. You choose the place and the guests. We take care of the rest, from the first glass to the last coffee.

Food, service and the evening light all play their part. Bread still warm, a glass that never stays empty, someone who notices before you ask. It can be twelve friends for a birthday or a hundred and thirty for a wedding, at our place or at yours. The size of the table changes; the care does not.

Over the fire

A typical dinner starts with one or two snacks, goes on with three or four vegetable plates for the table, then one main cooked over the fire, often Kintoa pork from the Basque hills, and ends with dessert. Local, generous and made to share.
